How Northline Outdoor doubled its AI answer share by filling in six fields
A 40-listing outdoor retailer went from an average LLMRank-Score of 41 to 78 in three weeks by fixing Completeness and verifying its domain — no new products, no paid placement.

The starting point
Northline imported a Shopify feed and saw most listings scoring in the low 40s. The console showed why: Completeness was the biggest gap, with missing descriptions, no additional images and empty shipping data on two thirds of the catalog.
What they changed
They worked the fix list in order of estimated gain: descriptions of at least 200 characters, a second and third image, structured attributes for size and material, and shipping weights from their carrier export. Then they verified their domain for the Trust component.
The result
Average score rose to 78 and the number of listings actually returned to agents went from 9 to 34. Click-through on AI answers more than doubled, which then lifted the Performance component on its own.
